      Apartments at Cedar Hill – Completed renovation including newly decorated home with stunning carpet, newly painted walls and artwork including Italian tapestries.

      AT&T Ohio - $1.4 million investment in network infrastructure

      AT&T Wireless – Remodeling of store, retention of 10 jobs and addition of 2 jobs, $500,000 investment

      Avon Products – Construction of a new 600,000 square foot distribution center employing approximately 500 people.

      Bilco Company – Installation of the Bilco steel door product line and expansion of the plastic product equipment

      Blits - Startup family entertainment center/restaurant with investments in facility improvements, equipment purchase, and job creation.

      Bloomer Candy Company  -Drilled new water well and added concrete parking and made facia and roof cap improvements to building

      City of Zanesville – Completed Sixth Street streetscape project including sidewalks with brick inlay, lighting, utilities and new road surface

      Comfort Inn – Local owners installed new automatic front doors, Y Bridge artwork under the portico, a new roof, new furniture and suite upgrades

      Genesis Healthcare System – Investment in equipment and facilities, job growth

      Heritage Stone – Completed last phase of purchasing/installing new batch equipment to increase production and reduce scrap from 30% to 1%

      Magazine & McGlade – Rebuilt downtown apartment structure after a fire

      Mattingly Foods – Expansion and job retention

      Maysville Local School District – Constructed new athletic facility including 3,000 seat stadium, 8 lane track, and artificial turf football/soccer field.

      McDonald’s Restaurants – Remodeling and renovation of area restaurants

      Muskingum College – The Walter K. Chess Center, with its striking pedestrian bridge connecting the east and west residential hills, provides students with recreational and educational space; $8 million investment

      Muskingum County – East Pointe Park infrastructure improvements and other road, water and sewer projects

      Muskingum County Library System – Duncan Falls/Philo Branch received a new roof and redesign of interior to better serve library customers

      Ohio Stoneware – Purchased new equipment to produce several different kids of pressed and poured pottery; expanded product line by 52 items this year alone; crated new jobs

      Orthopedic Associates – Complete facility renovation and expansion

      Producers Service Corporation – Continued tremendous growth with completion of a new office 9,000 square foot facility, expanded vehicle fleet, and added new jobs.

      Resource Systems – Resource Systems continues to grow; adding new jobs, and it renovated one of its empty buildings for its Operations Department to occupy

      Strauss Fence – Invested in new machinery to allow expansion of service to include cement work along with fencing

      Studio 202 – Adaptive reuse of a second floor space in a former warehouse and production building; now an art studio and gallery

      Terra Cotta Vineyards – Decorative stone wall added to parking area, winery restained, and inside tasting room walls renovated; new vineyard equipment purchased

      The Wilds – 12% increase in attendance, and facility construction and expansion

      Time Warner – Construction of a new 42,000 square foot facility, creating 70 new jobs and retaining 182 jobs.

      Willow Haven Care Center – Investment in technology for electronic medical records system

      Zanesville City Schools – Constructed new school buildings

      Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department – Expanded the Dental Center from 3 treatment rooms to 8 rooms;  renovated office space to more efficiently use space and create a more positive work environment
