What methods do you use to recognize the contributions of your employees? - Comments Answer purchase some of their gasoline. purchase work clothes for them . provide hot tastey food they enjoy.always leave stocked food area for breakfast& munchie times. provide paid cell phone plans. provide use of my car when they need it. help them with auto repairs & diagnosis on their own personal cars. steak cook outs at my home. i do alot to make their personal lives better and more comfortable. i think it is important to do alot of everyday personal things for them to show my appreciation. At the present time, we do not have an employee recognition program in place. When they improve sales by 15% over prior year they receive a bonus of 1% of month total divided among them by productivity per hour. If they just improve over last year they receive a gift. They also receive birthday and Christmas gifts. $20 for same day appointment and sale. 2. Sometimes I giveaway tickets to events.
